Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we sell digital product keys, our refund policy is different from physical-goods stores. Please read it before placing an order.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • The product key delivered to you is invalid or already activated, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You did not receive the key within 24 hours of payment confirmation and we are unable to deliver it.
  • We cancelled your order due to a stock or pricing issue.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • The key was already activated or used on a device.
  • The key did not work due to incorrect installation, region restriction, or your existing software conflict, and our team has provided activation support.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the key.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at our support address with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Include screenshots of any activation errors. Our team typically responds within one business day.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order any time before the key has been delivered. Once a key has been delivered to your email or WhatsApp, the order can no longer be cancelled.
